Customer Services is the heart of Good Energy’s business and vital in ensuring our reputation by delivering World Class service. The Metering Services Team is essential for ensuring our customers are able to receive a consistent and positive service from Good Energy by making sure that all metering data is accurate and maintained whilst also ensuring we are compliant with industry regulations

As an expert within Customer Services you will work in close partnership with colleagues across Customer Services and the rest of the business to deliver on our customer promises and achieve team and business targets. This role will provide support to both our advisors and Performance Leaders.
This is a newly created role that will provide gas industry expertise to all teams within Customer Services. You will be responsible for the timely sharing of information with the industry and ensuring all industry information provided to us is used appropriately and in a timely manner. Identifying knowledge and performance issues within the teams you will use dynamic and engaging coaching to support and drive performance. You will clearly track and document all coaching delivered and will be able to show clear successes and impacts on team and business performance. This is an aspirational role that requires a driven and engaged role model.



You will support Customer Services with all gas metering issue escalations ensuring the customer is kept informed at all times and managed throughout the process until a resolution is achieved providing expert gas knowledge to the wider business to support projects relating to Gas industry. You will be responsible for reviewing Gas Industry change documents, and follow through to ensure compliance as well as analysing Industry and internal E2E gas processes, ensuring best practice and excellent customer experience. On a day to day business you will be handling gas metering work as required and provide training and knowledge sharing on gas within Metering Services.

 
You will have expert knowledge of the Energy Industry and its operations as well as a foundation gas knowledge and desire to know more and experience of Industry Data Management . You must be confident in building strong relationships across the teams to support buy in and deliver good performance and have the ability to motivate others to deliver against conflicting and changing priorities
