|As a Customer Services Administrator, you will be part of a highly focused team responsible for ensuring that our customers who receive their Feed in Tariff are managed effectively throughout their journey with Good Energy. The team also takes ownership of key milestones in the journey of a gas and/or electricity customer including the management of the homemove process, onboarding, meter readings and losses.|
|£18,300 start off, rising to £19,000 in 6 months
£750 travel allowance paid with salary over the year

Through the development of your knowledge across our products and services, you’ll manage and resolve a range of customer queries via various channels (phone, letter, email). You’ll be responsible for delivering a high standard of service to customers and generator suppliers. You’ll ensure accurate data entry and submit and maintain data on our internal databases. You’ll have the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and be instrumental in supporting the implementation of these.
|With a positive and motivated outlook, you will have the ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team, taking pride in delivering a first-class customer service. You will be PC literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages and able to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both written, and verbal are essential with a flexible and adaptable approach to learning new processes and procedures.
You will have proven experience of delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced, complex environment, working as part of a team. You will have strong numerical skills with experience working with large volumes of data as well as the ability to manage your own time and workload effectively.
We are looking for people who are passionate about the environment and renewable energy. Knowledge of the Feed-in Tariff, Ofgem guidance and associated regulation would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
