|You’ll be joining as a permanent member of the Metering Services team. The Metering Services team is responsible for maintaining accurate supply data on Good Energy’s systems and within industry records.
This role will require you to work with both customers and industry third parties to investigate and resolve queries related to faulty meters, meter readings and supply data. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical and analytical capability as well as customer service skills.
|Salary: £18,300 + excellent benefits.
As a Metering Services Advisor you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate supply data on Good Energy’s systems and within industry records.
You will be part of a highly focused team responsible for; investigating, resolving and escalating customer queries that will come via phone, email and letter. This will also enclude engaging with other energy suppliers and industry third parties to resolve customer issues.
As part of the team you'll be booking and monitoring meter exchanges, as well as, arranging site visits, when necessary rebooking appointments and booking any required additional work.
You'll work with the Metering Services team as well as the wider Customer Services to ensure we reach the best outcome for our customers, whilst adhereing to all regulatory and compliance requirements of the energy industry.
|To succeed in the role you will have proven experience of delivering excellent customer service. You will have good time management skills and will be able to proactively manage your own workload, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy. With a positive approach to achieving results, you will possess an excellent telephone manner and be effective at non-telephony communications.
Additionally, you will have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and confident in the use of Excel to an advanced level. You will be a self motivated and responsible team player who does the right thing and sees tasks through to the end.
Knowledge or experience of the renewables and energy industry would be a distinct advantage.
