She believed everyone had the right to clean, green energy to power their homes and businesses. That all of our futures depended on it. So, she did something revolutionary.
She built a company whose sole purpose was to power the choice of a cleaner, greener future for everyone.
She believed that businesses could lead the way. And that if people were offered an alternative to the fossil fuels that were killing our planet, they would take it.
And they did. Over 259,000 homes and businesses have chosen our green power. Supplied by 1,400 different locations - from a single home solar panels to wind farms.
But that's not enough.

To do this, we need your help. Will you join our fight?
|As UI Designer you will work closely with key stakeholders to analyse and understand requirements and as such will propose innovative UI/User journeys for our digital products, creating value for our customers. You'll spend time understanding the customer experience, translating the insights from this into impactful and detailed high-fidelity prototypes for digital products
You'll Collaborate with UX to translate Discovery and Understanding insights into solutions that serve our customer needs at all times. You'll also work closely with other teams such as Product, UX, and Development from ideation to full working solution as well as regularly liaising with development teams and providing necessary optimized assets. You'll work with these teams also to understand both qualitative and quantitative data and insights to inform and validate design decisions.
You will get involved in user testing, taking a human centered design approach. You'll also develop and manage the design system, setting it out as a living extension of our brand guidelines.
|With a graphic or digital design background, you'll be a design thinker with a strong interest and understanding of Human Centered design. You will be able to demonstrate your design capabilities through your portfolio of work highlighting the design of intuitive, well finished and accessible experiences. You will have responsive layout and grid skills spanning across web and app, and across all platforms.
You'll have previous experience working in a digital, tech or agile team and will be confident to present work to stakeholders with the ability to back up decisions with sound and strategic rationale.
It would be a distinct advantage if you have experience in colour theory, typography and UI design capabilities as well as previous experience in user testing. You may have also lead workshops previously on design and user behaviour across the wider business.

|Good Energy is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. We're currently all working from home and will be looking to return to the office for a couple of days a week in the future, alongside remote working.
